   Thanks for visiting our website. This site is dedicated to providing our students and other individuals with information on the services we provide and upcoming events within our dojos. Our instructors work to ensure that everyone in our dojos receives proper training in the art of traditional Okinawan Isshinryu Karate and Kobudo along with various other styles as well.

    We offer training for all ages from 4 years of age and up. If you are looking for an effective martial art for self defense, exercise for your health or an activity for you and your family to enjoy together we have a program that will fit your needs.

   Our programs helps one build character, self discipline, respect and confidence by setting goals and then we help you reach your goals. Though nothing worth having comes easy, the same can be said for excelling in any martial arts. But with time, hard work and commitment and our guidence you will see an improvement in many aspects of life not just karate.

What We Offer Our Students

   We here at the International Martial Arts Academy strive to offer our students a safe and professional work out facility for learning the art of Isshinryu Karate. Our dojo is a member of the AOKA as well as the OIKKA. We offer classes for all ages and skill levels, from 4 years of age and up. 

   Our instructors have over fifty years of combined experience in Martial Arts and Okinawan Kobudo. We offer instructions in the traditional style of Isshinryu Karate for self defense and physical development, as well as offering guidance for tournament competitions.
