Class Workout Area 

We here at I.M.A.A have multiple instructors on hand so we are able to run several classes simultaneously. This enables families of different ages to come in and work out at the same time while receiving the different level of instructions they need. 

Little Dragons

  The Little Dragons is a class designed for students between the ages of 4 and 6. Our instructors take the time to make workouts fun while at the same time building the basic techniques that are needed to progress in martial arts.

 These classes are held on Monday and Thursday nights from 6:15 PM until 6:45 PM.

Beginners Kids Class

  This Class is geared for kids between the ages of 7 and 13. This class moves at a faster pace to keep the kids interested in learning.

  Beginners Kids Class times are on Monday and Thursday from 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM and on Saturdays at our Thomasville location from 10:30 AM until Noon.

Kids Tae Kwon Do Classes

 This class is for ages 4-7 years old and is geared as an introduction to martial arts for young children. The goal in this class is to make learning martial arts fun. This class is only offered at our Thomasville location.

Class times are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 to 6:30 PM. 

Adult Beginners Class

  This class is for anyone 14 years of age and up that is wanting to learn the art of Isshinryu Karate. Our instructors take the time to make sure the proper basics are taught at this level. This class is also great for parents that would like to learn self defense or just work on getting fit while their children are working in the younger classes at the same time.

  These class times are Monday and Thursday from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM in Lexington. Tuesday and Thursdays from 7:30 until 8:30 PM and Saturday 10:30 AM to Noon at our Thomasville location.

Intermediate and Advanced Classes

   These classes are for individuals from Green belt and above. The training is more involved with a greater difficulty level this class is dedicated to those that strive for perfection and share the same common goal, to become Black Belts.

   Class times for Intermediate and Advanced groups are Monday and Thursdays from 7:15 to 8:15 PM.

Competition Team Practice:

Starting on January 8th, our competition team practices will be starting back up. To gear up for the 2010 competition season. Classes will be every Friday night, but times will vary. Please see your instructor to sign up.
